Federal Regulation 668.43 (b) requirements for institutions of higher education
668.43 (b) Institutional Information: The institution must make available for review to any enrolled or prospective student upon request, a copy of the documents describing the institution's accreditation and its State, Federal or tribal approval or licensing. The institution must also provide its students or prospective students with contact information for filing complaints with its accreditor and with its State approval or licensing entity and any other relevant State official or agency that would appropriately handle a student's complaint.

Speech-Language Pathology Program
The master's program in speech/language pathology at Pacific University is a Candidate for Accreditation by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. This is a "pre-accreditation" status with the CAA, awarded to developing or emerging programs for a maximum period of five years.
The Council on Academic Accreditation in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology voted to award candidacy to Pacific University's master’s program in speech-language pathology for a period of five years, beginning June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2017. The CAA indicated that there were no concerns identified for follow-up. As a result, the school began matriculating graduate students in the Fall of 2012.

Certification of Pacific University’s Bachelor of Health Science program is in process. The program will be seeking certification with the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA).
Master in Health Administration
Accreditation for Pacific University’s Master in Health Administration program is in progress. The program is seeking accreditation with the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME).
Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Compliance
Pacific University is accredited by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), to provide training to graduate students through the certificate in Healthcare Compliance in preparation for the national certification exam, certified in healthcare compliance (CHC).
The Graduate Certificate in Gerontology for Healthcare Professionals is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). The program is exploring further “stamp of approval” with the Association for Gerontology in Higher Education (AGHE). AGHE’s Program of Merit is a voluntary program of review available to any program in aging.

The School of Occupational Therapy at Pacific University is a professional entry-level occupational therapy program and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Accreditation has been granted for academic years of 2014/15 through 2021/22 at entry-level doctorate.

School of Pharmacy
The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program of the Pacific University School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), 135 South LaSalle Street, Suite 4100, Chicago, IL 60503, 312/664-3575; FAX 312/664-4652, web site www.acpe-accredit.org. A comprehensive self-study evaluation was completed by ACPE in fall 2014. The ACPE Board of Directors reviewed the PharmD program for purposes of continued accreditation at its January 2015 meeting. The accreditation term granted for the PharmD program extended until June 30, 2023. A spring 2016 focused on-site evaluation has been scheduled to monitor progress on a few ACPE standards.

School of Physician Assistant Studies
Pacific University’s School of Physician Assistant Studies has received full accreditation from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) through September 2017. Graduates from an ARC-PA accredited program are eligible to sit for the national Physician Assistant certification examination.
School of Physical Therapy
Pacific’s School of Physical Therapy is accredited by the Commission in Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) after having demonstrated substantial compliance with the evaluative criteria. Accreditation has been granted April 26, 2006 to June 30, 2016.
Master in Athletic Training
The Master of Science in Athletic Training Program received its initial accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) on December 12, 2014. The Program is accredited through the 2017-2018 accreditation cycle.
