Federal Pell Grants

Federal funds awarded to undergraduate students with the lowest Expected Family Contributions (EFCs). Award amounts vary.

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants

Federal funds awarded to Federal Pell Grant recipients who demonstrate the highest need. Award amounts vary.

Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grants

Federal funds awarded to degree-seeking students who are planning to become “highly qualified” teachers in a federally defined high-need field in a public or private elementary or secondary school that serves low-income students. Recipients must be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens, have submitted a FAFSA, and have maintained a 3.25 or higher cumulative grade point average. Awards are $4,000 per year. Students who do not complete the required years of service will be required to repay the grant as though it had been a federal loan that began accruing interest at disbursement.

Oregon Opportunity Grants

State funds awarded to eligible undergraduate students who are Oregon residents. Eligibility is based on a formula that considers income, assets, and other resources.

Veterans Administration Yellow Ribbon Program

Funds awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, and in some cases to dependents of those veterans, who receive full Chapter 33 benefits. Award amounts are typically equal to 50 percent of the difference between the tuition assistance that Chapter 33 provides and the student’s tuition. Institutional gift aid, including scholarships and grants, are part of Pacific's Yellow Ribbon contribution. The Veterans Administration provides matching funds equal to the remaining 50 percent. Professional Program Grants

Institutional funds awarded to students in selected graduate health professions programs. These funds are for the student’s first year only. Award amounts vary.
