Important Business Office Dates To Remember

Early July First billing statement mailed for the Fall semester. E-bills are subsequently sent to student's Pacific email each month if a balance remains. E-bills are available on the Billing/Payment portal for viewing and printing at any time.
Early August Make sure to complete all necessary paperwork to receive financial aid so it posts to your account by the tuition payment deadline.
August 13 Deadline to complete medical insurance waiver online. Waiver website information will be in your billing statement packet. Waiver must be completed by deadline every school year.

 

August 15

Deadline for Fall semester tuition payment (semester payment plan).

Deadline for first Fall semester tuition payment (monthly payment plan, $40/semester fee, must opt-in before August 15 via the Billing/Payment portal - Payment Plan Manager).

September 15 Deadline for second Fall semester tuition payment (monthly payment plan).
Mid-October Advising begins for Spring semester. All student accounts must be current before students are allowed to register for Spring semester.
October 15 Deadline for third Fall semester tuition payment (monthly payment plan).
November 15 Deadline for fourth/last Fall semester tuition payment (monthly payment plan).

$50 per month late fees will be applied after the semester ten-day grace period. It is important that deadlines are met to avoid additional fees as well as to experience timely registration for subsequent semesters. Charges incurred after initial statement and/or refunds are disbursed are subject to late fees if not paid in 30 days. Please review all university correspondence sent to your Pacific email for requirements and deadlines.
