University Information Services continues to work with the software vendor to resolve the ongoing issues with Vault. We continue to make this a high priority, implementing vendor recommended changes or providing additional information as requested.
Until resolved, we suggest that that you download files to a secure location on your university computer and work on your files locally during periods of intermittent availability of the server. If you have questions or need assistance please contact the helpdesk at x1500 or email@example.com.
