Boxer Gardens is a .4-acre property on Pacific University’s Forest Grove Campus that serves as an outdoor laboratory for students in applied sustainability and environmental science studies programs, as well as a venue for outdoor gathering.
Continuing the work once housed at the B Street Farm, Boxer Gardens provides students with opportunities to learn about organic gardening practices, educational outreach, policy development, sustainable community, and housing design.
The garden features a polyculture garden, woodland garden, pollinator garden and vibrant patio area.

Pacific University unveiled its new Boxer Gardens at an open house Aug. 29. The gardens sit on a compact .4-acre property on the Forest Grove Campus bordered on the west by Main Street, east by Hanson Stadium, north by the barber pole and south along the Stoller Center parking lot.
Mulberries, tomatoes, honey, rabbits and squash: Pacific University's B Street Farm is a food producer, a laboratory and a learning center.
